An ancient estate, once the gift of Kings and mentioned in the Domesday Book, Sheffield Park and Garden lies in the idyllic East Sussex countryside. With acres of landscape garden bordered by historic parkland and woodland, Sheffield Park is a magical place to visit. Central to its appeal are the 20 acres of mirror-like lakes, famed for reflecting the beautiful, and often rare, planting. There’s something to see whatever the season. In spring it bursts with colour as the brilliant blooms of rhododendrons dance on the banks, while summer brings hundreds of brightly coloured waterlilies.
